We all are advancing day by day with a great pace but technology has a lot of cons associated with it. The state of Pennsylvania has no law which holds the person from taking the calls. However seeing the graphs of accidents caused due to the use of cell phones while driving, the government is improving on passing a law which restricts the public from using the cell phones while driving. In Pennsylvania state alone the number of accidents caused due to the use of cell phones from 2003 to 2006 was reported at 50 which increased ten folds in the next two years due to the increased use of mobile especially by youngsters. Most accidents are caused while reading a text message or calling on a number.
